The JoCo Visibility Brigade will rally Mon. Oct. 27 at the Lee Blvd overpass on I435, Leawood, 2 to 4pm. We're catching traffic for those traveling to the Chiefs Monday night game. Parking in Leawood City Park, SW of the overpass. PG13 signs/flags welcome, nothing hanging over the street/Interstate.
