Lover of the arts, still, a believer in humanity and science; master of nothing. Going up river with my son now firmly at the bow, my brother always at the sterrn, and me, senses fully awake tucked in the middle, taking in all the beauty.
BI3 is a revelation! Bloomen! …and he says he’s not all the way back yet! Yikes…

This game seems like it is all whistles… So disjointed.

Tough to watch a solid team playing with all those injuries and there really isn’t much you can do about it.

Thank you for this.

Most western nations have some form of universal healthcare so that someone like me on a fixed income can get the same level of care as a professional athlete. I have never understood America’s aversion to providing its citizens with quality care for all.

Well, “it” does have his type.

Wow!

Certainly Canadians are waiting for the same thing.

Yes it is. For me it represents in particular the toxic manosphere that is so prevalent in American culture. Lost men being left behind blaming everyone else for their problems instead of looking in the mirror. Men who would fear walking down any major city street among so many different cultures.

While true, particularly in Alberta where 28% of the population favour separation from Canada less than 1% of Canadian voters voted for our far right party in Canada. Still the leader of our official opposition party would be right at home in Mar a logo. Thanks to our aversion of Trump he lost.

I certainly hear you. Me as well. Aside from the truth and facts of what he has done to have him be a constant presence on every screen 24/7 is beyond nauseating and I don’t even live in America.

Oh Sophie, I shouldn’t, but when you said “probably not” I burst out into cynical laughter at the truth of your words. Still I am fortunate that I can see what you see and be grateful for it. Thank you for making my Sunday morning better.

Oh I know you are and I support you wholly while knowing how difficult it would be if I were in your shoes. Take care and make time for beauty in your life. Cheers.

Having lived for many years before big tech I can only imagine things to get worse before they get better. That said I will for what it’s worth always support the good people of the United States.

I wish you some semblance of peace. Despite feeling helpless my heart will always be with you, your family, your cat and all Ukrainians. If I were a Ukrainian I might feel alone, abandoned by the world, but you are not. We all wish you only peace and to be able to sleep safely and soundly forever.

Your work is so beautiful.

As a Canadian I find it beyond deeply disturbing wondering if the American military will follow the constitution or the fascist felon in the now soiled and garishly tacky White House. I have to wonder what percentage of military personnel are white nationalists. A scary thought indeed.

I love the second one with just the leaves. The texture of the darker brown ones look as if they were carved out of wood while the bright yellowish ones make this photo pop. Beautiful Sophie. The 🌎 needs all of us to see more deeply to appreciate the beauty of life and make us try harder to keep it.

Well that was bizarre. Way beyond my aging brain.
