I’m old enough to remember when economic policy allowed ordinary people to accumulate wealth and buy a home. Now the system doesn’t work for ordinary people trying to build wealth; it works primarily for wealthy people who want to preserve and increase their wealth. That’s not sustainable.

And not only in the USA. Just tead a story about British cops who tazed and pepoer sprayed a pne-legged amputee 90’yrar old dementia patient in an assisted living facility. We was is a wheelchair. He died in hospital. The cops said they were in fear of their lives. They were exonerated by a jury. 🤷🏻‍♂️
