Customer service could not give us an answer as to when this would be fixed ??? They said buy the prescriptions and get reimbursed when fixed. THIS HAPPENED WEDNESDAY and the people don't work Saturdays but they don't know how to fix.

Guess what the computer can't fix an individual entry. They don't have enough engineers working for them to fix an individual coverage. The companies like workday laying off people for AI should be avoided at all costs
