Okay and one final thing. The research highlighted a need for more qualitative research looking at experiences of eating disorders and menstruation, I really don't want to do that study myself as it's too triggering lol (at least not on my own) so genuinely pls lmk if you want to look into this!

Prof Jane delved into feminist critiques of the medicalization of the reproductive body and discussed how these perspectives can inform support for women experiencing reproductive distress. She also shared insights from her own research that applied this approach.
