As an introvert, working father of two young kids whose career is talking to strangers, I was thrilled to have an hour to myself to read a book on a plane at the end of my vacation last week. No earbuds, either!

I sometimes wish some people in some settings were friendlier, but this is just weird.

Well, that was weird.

I used LexisNexis to try to find an email for a source in a rescue and one of the leads had a domain of kathyireland.com.

Yup, the same Kathy that I crushed on some 30 years ago.

(And, no, the email for the source was no longer working.)
