As usual Cathal Kelly nails it:
"If you’re good at it, it’s easy. If it’s not easy, you’re not good at it. Nobody says that to kids, but it would make more people happy.

"Because the worst thing about drugs in sports isn’t the cheating. It’s the grubbiness required to explain away the drugs. It creates a community populated by the gullible, run by liars.
If people wanted dim and mendacious, they’d skip Sports and head straight to the News section."
