Picked up a BBQ box from a local pitmaster tonight, running one of his small events out the back of a butcher. Can't complain about juicy Wagyu brisket, smoke bomb chicken wings and melting pulled pork (plus sides) for $35 within 20min of my front door. 😍

Insane lighting along with that thunderstorm moving through the south east. We're not even close enough to really hear it, but the whole north sky was thoroughly lit up with huge, long lasting bolts. 😍 #melbweather #melbourneweather

Been Influenced into eating more beans, and I just made a garlic-onion-chilli flake creamy spaghetti with smushed cannellini beans, and I'll be damned if that wasn't DELICIOUS.
I cooked the onion & garlic in an EVOO-bacon fat mix, which is always nice. 😍
Let's see how this sticks to the ribs!

Thermos tumblers are far superior to Yeti ones. Sitting in the grandstand at the #sandown500 at 1:30pm, my tea from 8am this morning is still nice and warm. But the Yeti are 1200% easier to clean 🫠
