Probably out driving my 1932 Morris Minor Two-Seater, or my 1989 Citroën 2CV.
I've been following Noraly since her first season way back in 2018. She's one very brave individual.

I'm just emptying my freezer. I'll pop my head out after the weekend 😆

I've considered dumping the food in my chest freezer and taking up short-term residency. #DesperateTimesDesperateMeasures 😆

This Ken Burn's documentary about the first coast to coast drive across the States is a favourite of mine. I've watched it at least three times

Seeing as this was 30+ years ago, I have no recollection of what the chassis number was.

All I could do was record the chassis number and inform the registrar in the MMOC.
I returned years later and discovered that the car was no longer there. It was well beyond any hope of restoration when I found it back in the 90s, so I can only assume it had been dragged away for scrap. A sad end.

I was on the Isle of Skye in the early 90s and was approached by a local who was attracted by my 1961 Minor Convertible. They told me of the location of a Minor at Linicro, in a field behind a house. I went to look for it and found the remains of a Minor Million. It was in very poor condition.

I've been to that place. And the one in Orkney. 😄
Happy Birthday.

Gamecock was a Riley 9 model available in 1931-32. They also had a 14/6 model named Stelvio.

Should get yourself a pre-war Minor 😆
January 17, 2025 at 6:49 PM
The problem with that is that you'll get yourself wet when trying to get warm standing close to the fire 🔥 The sea is also very cold this time of the year 😝

Uyeasound Up Helly Aa (south Unst) is definitely my favourite... Don't tell Norik UHA (north Unst)
🤫🤐 😆

I saw it a few times when I lived in Shetland. I actually prefer the smaller ones, like the two on Unst, because you can get closer to the action... and warm yourself up by the fire 🔥 😆

As a family of five, growing up, my mother was the only right-hander.

Was an enjoyable change to the usual enjoyable output. I'd happily listen to more Street 'casts.
