A small community garden built on waste ground in inner city Belfast. We've been growing vegetables and herbs to share with local residents and providing a space to build connection and friendships.

slowly cooking down in a little butter with a splash of water to loosen them up. Cooled, it can be frozen in batches and used with pancakes and apple cakes. The pre-rolled pastry sheets are a great cheat 😉 Was going to add the Three Sisters blackberries, but we ate them 😏
