We raised the matter with the planning committee who refused a change of use on those grounds. However the owner appealed directly to the Scottish government who approved it in part. So we now have no pub, and an owner who says he doesn’t want to run one!

I wasn’t a fan of Kiss or Frehley, but it somehow feels proper to mark his passing.
