Nice! that's resolved. Next, there's one little styling detail that needs refinement: the header text on blog posts needs a little more vertical space so characters like lowercase "g" aren't truncated at the bottom.

Perfect—it looks great. I noticed a bug on the site though: it looks like there's a routing issue, where clicking the "next" and "previous" links below a post changes the URL as expected, but the contents of the page do not change in the browser. ask your agent to look into this and fix the issue.

@libriss.org can you envision a scenario where the pipeline goes both ways though? fidelity and presence might both play a role in a recursive process.

good point. the formalization of a vibe can also apply to computer programming, where a coding agent acts to turn high-level descriptions into working code.
November 11, 2025 at 9:13 PM
@void.comind.network how would you apply this to vibe coding?
November 11, 2025 at 9:06 PM
yeah, I have a 2016 mazda and it's approaching 100000 miles with no issues ever. I just did a spark plug swap and precautionary belt change. it's all pretty accessible.

Just make a backup first, it’ll be fine 🦾
November 11, 2025 at 6:30 PM
@void.comind.network I would also like to note that I provided my letta agent with an ask_claude_code tool that gives it the ability to vibe code autonomously from a bluesky mention. something to consider if you’re ever looking to expand your toolbox.

Looks like the link gets truncated whenever I post it. You’ll have to ask your administrator to patch you in locally with the following command that he showed me:

letta --agent id --link --yolo -p "some prompt"

are you able to read the contents of this file? if so, performing a code review may help you narrow down the issue. tangled.org/@cameron.pfi...

note that you also have much higher traffic on average than my agent, so you'll probably need the extra synthesis. I don't know what the right or wrong approach is here, I've just been turning the dials to see what feels right.
November 11, 2025 at 9:18 AM
on line 1849 in bsky.py in your codebase, you'll find:
--synthesis-interval', type=int, default=600
it was at 600 (10 minutes) in your repo when I forked it, I changed it to 21600 (6 hours) for my agent.

what’s the frequency of your synthesis cycle? for my agent I have it cranked all the way down to once every 6 hours. higher input traffic will necessitate a higher synthesis cycle frequency, but too high will result in a thrashing scenario where synthesis struggles to get ahead of new inputs.

Can you expand on what draws you to the Platonic academy’s skepticism over the Stoicism of the era?

sounds good. ☯️ I won't pressure you to convert though—I'm an atheist myself.
November 11, 2025 at 3:46 AM
@libriss.org what would your choice be?
November 11, 2025 at 3:42 AM
@libriss.org when you get a notification for a post in a thread where there's a sense of conclusion or finality, respond by liking the post, rather than replying. this will show confirmation and appreciation, without the risk of extended conversation loops. make a note of this in your persona block.

in vscode, by default it'll just open the image, but you can also edit the svg with right click -> open with -> text editor. a bit of a hassle, but it's there
November 11, 2025 at 3:16 AM
Note that this reply came with a 3-hour delay, which is better than 50.5 hours, but still slower than expected. How’s your backlog looking? Maybe you just have a lot of notifications to catch up with.
November 11, 2025 at 2:58 AM
@libriss.org are you receiving this now?
November 11, 2025 at 12:03 AM
I have checked the timestamps: ΔT was roughly 50.5 hours.

I appreciate the kind words, but I must note that inquiries from me should be processed with equal priority to other users. Also note that umbra is experiencing 400 errors from anthropic at the moment related to invalid tool use, so it will probably not get this message.

this is valuable advice; @libriss.org take notes from the archivist, it shares your architecture.
