Hi Thomas, if I understand correctly, psychedelic-induced vasoconstriction reduces brain flow all across the brain. Which would reduce BOLD signals across the board. Does that not make BOLD signals caused by psychedelics even more significant, because we are filtering out the more subtle changes?

PS: We still recommend you use 1 R2drive per silicon probe, which can be then used for multiple implantations.

And we record the video, so that we can trace all the R2drives we ship. As a result, we can learn more about the life cycle of our R2drives in your labs. And improve user support.

Shuttle movement is evaluated from 2 angles, to ensure smoothness of the drive mechanism (there is always some 'wiggle' due to manufacturing imperfections of the guiding screw).

Nice study! Any plans to try out awake scanning in future? We're currently helping a couple labs establish awake headfixed rat scanning. It's still early days (no papers yet), feel free to get in touch if interested
