Honestly, my favorite time to go to the beach is November when the weather gets cooler. The beach isn’t crowded, there are dogs out and about, and plenty of places to sit and people watch. No line for Thrashers or frozen custard. And time to sit and just breathe.

Some days I can’t seem to pull myself together. Some days my students put together collages that represent their identity and they look like this.
