Trump’s alienation of Europe, weakening of NATO, and coziness with Russia increase the risk of war, not just in Ukraine but globally. When the U.S. abandons allies, aggressors take note. Psychotic.

Russia considers the USA as an adversary. Subterfuge and’s aggression must be met in kind. Congress should authorize increased cyber attacks against Russian government/military infrastructure.

Endless reading, but this matters: nuclear deterrence is a major contributor to the Long Peace. To maintain that peace, the conversation on the risks, benefits, and plans for nuclear weapons must be near center stage in all democracies.
