Happy Mickey Mouse in the Public Domain Day. Sic semper tyrannis!

A digitally drawn cartoon in the style of 1920s Disney cartoons. Left center, anthropmorphized guillotine (wearing a beret, with a little mustache and goatee, smoking a cigarette) holds a banner reading ‘Vive le Domaine Publique!’ The guillotine has just removed the head of Mickey Mouse which is on the ground having overturned the basket. Horace Horsecollar is operating the guillotine waving to the viewer. Behind were see Pegleg Pete in 19th C soldier uniform guarding Minnie Nose who will be next. On the right side a flower, bird, and the sun view the scene with great amusement.
