I just saw Treaty 8 First Nations have asked for a pause and are threatening legal action.
This isn't how nation building should work. The best way to make our economy really boom is to invest in First Nations infrastructure. It's really obvious when you see it laid out like this.

I've been calling Stephen Harper and his IDU brethren the new axis of evil since before Trump was even elected. Look into who he is and how he's currently making his money. The IDU could be a very big story if anyone ever wanted to actually do a full investigative report. International collusion.

Harper has consultant contracts with Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario. Look at their healthcare - and remember Harper had us set to move to private with Budget 2014 before we booted him. So now he's doing it province by province via their IDU affiliated premiers.

They have a multi-party coalition type government. So not only does the EU need to all agree, they have to get the government in Belgium to all agree. And the layered governance sounds like one giant headache, to be honest.

You're also cool with him and Eby fucking over First Nations in a province that is entirely unceded territory by ramming a project through that will harm them and their way of life? That's not how reconciliation works. Closing the infrastructure gap will pay off much more than those BS projects.

Canada had a very extensive inquiry into foreign interference and one of the things that they explored was propaganda from Russia and which Canadians are the ones who believe the narrative being pushed. Putin wants people to believe the war is the result of western aggression. It's not factual.

They're all impeachable due to blatant corruption. And the newer ones all LIED to get confirmed. This is why Canadian judges are actually given the jobs based on merit - they have to apply and go through an entire testing and interview process to be shortlisted by a committee. As for Supreme Court:

Telework was a big part of what the union fought for when they were on strike in 2023. Once again, Carney shows no respect for workers' rights and negotiated collective agreements. I'm worried he's going to mess with my pension now too.

I sort of feel like they want the poor to just die. It's been like this since Covid when so many corrupt politicians realised how they could make bank off the misery of Canadians.

Taking away treaty rights is not going to happen. Those treaties are between the federal Crown and each nation. Remove the Crown? All land reverts to First Nations. Every single inch of it.
