Unapologetically opinionated and a true smart ass. Sarcasm is my mother tongue. Registered member of the Liberal Party of Canada. Former federal public servant who has had my fill of the Conservative agenda. Mental health advocate and fierce ally for all.
So they're all moving and the land will revert to First Nations ownership? Because the provinces have no power to separate and take the land and resources with them. That's just not how it works.

The UCP wants to eliminate Indigenous land titles and claims. Trying to rewrite history.

Three countries have leadership associated to the IDU.

I just saw Treaty 8 First Nations have asked for a pause and are threatening legal action.

This isn't how nation building should work. The best way to make our economy really boom is to invest in First Nations infrastructure. It's really obvious when you see it laid out like this.

He spends our money like fucking water.

So even those on the major projects advisory committee were kept entirely in the dark? Yep. That's how an honest man does business.

Jesus H Christ! What will it take for Canadians to see the resource grab that is going on by Carney and his ilk in order to enrich themselves and no one else?

I've been calling Stephen Harper and his IDU brethren the new axis of evil since before Trump was even elected. Look into who he is and how he's currently making his money. The IDU could be a very big story if anyone ever wanted to actually do a full investigative report. International collusion.

Harper has consultant contracts with Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario. Look at their healthcare - and remember Harper had us set to move to private with Budget 2014 before we booted him. So now he's doing it province by province via their IDU affiliated premiers.

They have a multi-party coalition type government. So not only does the EU need to all agree, they have to get the government in Belgium to all agree. And the layered governance sounds like one giant headache, to be honest.

I'm going to post some info that was part of Canada's study into foreign interference. These excerpts show how susceptible those with conservative views reacted to their continued exposure to Russian propaganda. You'll note that Trump has used all of these as his talking points. #russianinterference
December 10, 2025 at 12:23 AM
You're also cool with him and Eby fucking over First Nations in a province that is entirely unceded territory by ramming a project through that will harm them and their way of life? That's not how reconciliation works. Closing the infrastructure gap will pay off much more than those BS projects.
December 9, 2025 at 6:39 PM
Canada had a very extensive inquiry into foreign interference and one of the things that they explored was propaganda from Russia and which Canadians are the ones who believe the narrative being pushed. Putin wants people to believe the war is the result of western aggression. It's not factual.

They're all impeachable due to blatant corruption. And the newer ones all LIED to get confirmed. This is why Canadian judges are actually given the jobs based on merit - they have to apply and go through an entire testing and interview process to be shortlisted by a committee. As for Supreme Court:

There are some premiers here who are full on Trumpers and would love for us to become Americans. Kevin O'Leary keeps flapping his gums and so does Wayne Gretzky. They're all traitors to our country and I loathe them all.

And provinces can't separate here either - it's all stolen land.

I got four rifles in my gun safe, passed down to my husband by my father. These are older guns but they work and they still make bullets for them.

I live in Winnipeg. We have several military operations run out of 17 Wing and NAV Canada air traffic control is quite literally five minutes away.

Telework was a big part of what the union fought for when they were on strike in 2023. Once again, Carney shows no respect for workers' rights and negotiated collective agreements. I'm worried he's going to mess with my pension now too.
December 8, 2025 at 6:10 PM
I sort of feel like they want the poor to just die. It's been like this since Covid when so many corrupt politicians realised how they could make bank off the misery of Canadians.

This is from the Winnipeg Free Press. And outlines why blaming the feds for everything is misguided. It tries to fix a lot of the misinformation spread by Pierre and the rest of the Cons.

Taking away treaty rights is not going to happen. Those treaties are between the federal Crown and each nation. Remove the Crown? All land reverts to First Nations. Every single inch of it.
