I want to say especially clearly to healthcare providers that Secretary Kennedy’s so-called ‘declaration’ and the threats he has made to them also have no basis in law. You should continue to care for patients without discrimination and leave the federal government to us.

Please read the article, this is not really what it says, cases that have nothing to do with transphobia but where submitted by a trans person are being thrown out, it's much bleaker then this.

It is illegal in Minnesota to discriminate against trans people. Period, full stop. That includes in bathrooms. Treating people’s ability to use public spaces as a “social issue” continues to bandy about trans people’s existence as a political issue and it is gross. And dangerous.

I think he's had good things to say in the past, and his site is useful, but over the past couple months, I definitely feel like so many of his posts are weirdly antagonistic, towards rly any left leaning position. In addition to me disagreeing with that, it's also just kinda unpleasant to read.
