The amount of mediocrity that gets constantly promoted is INSANE. Managers really have no idea how much they could get out of their teams if they allowed them a small amount of autonomy and an amazing culture. I would try to hold onto that job for as long as I could.

Did a deep cleanse of my IG…unfollowed 99% of accounts and removed 90% of my followers. And it was lovely! It was like a reset/cleanse of my timeline. Now I get served tons of videos of chefs that cook bulk meals, B&B owners and how they cook, private chefs on boats. Rarely any shopping ads
