The 2 hour difference between late reg and start doesn't bother me so much. Particular when I factor in having to get to the casino, and that I often play cash beforehand.

How about reentries mate? If I'm strong in the field, should I keep firing?

I'm not too concerned about time and not too effected by the swings of tourney poker, I'm just concerned with maximising profit.

What's my best strategy for entering live tourneys? And should I fire multiple bullets?

Just thought I'd chime back in here. Every final table I've been on in my short time playing live has had a wide range of skill difference, and it's very clear to see in the play.

I'd say definitely yes to having an edge in kate stages. Arguably more so than at other stages as not only do many opponents not have a firm grasp on jamming and calling ranges but they have a poor understanding of ICM.

That's my immediate feelings about it.

Well the tourneys start at 7pm and always run til gone midnight, but I'm prepared for that, I'm also prepared to fight for 1st and push my perceived edge even at shorter depths.... but I'm still new to live and don't want to end up a pariah.
