Some good ones that you may well have already seen, such as A Quiet Place, Get Out and The Conjuring but one that I accidently came across was Run Rabbit Run. Fairly standard psychological horror fare but has some nice touches and the acting's good.
Birth/Rebirth is on my list - has good reviews!
