Damien Grant is not a journalist.
He writes opinion pieces as do people from a wide range of the political spectrum.
He owns a liquidation business.
It is important that people understand the difference.

It's good to read a range of opinions, and Stuff points out possible affiliations as it should. That is good journalism.

If you are wondering what you would have done, ask yourself what you are doing now. The Holocaust did not start with gas chambers; it ended there.

It started with normalizing exclusion, discrimination, and hatred.

That's where we are now all over the globe.

Why is this government fixated on local government decisions- if he wanted to decide how many concerts should be at Eden Park he should stand for the council

I think it is the worst possible choice as Minister for Children, and it indicates how Luxon cares so little about children that he leaves them in her hands. A woman who thinks boot camps could do anything but the harm they have historically done..

They clearly didn't expect this much opposition, their advisors let them down- or they are narcissists and don't care what anyone thinks.

Surely a common human behaviour

Without Luxon enabling this it was nothing

Gerry Brownlee got dropped into this by his boss, The PM Christopher Luxon who was not in the house conveniently. He enabled this bill be agreeing to support it at first reading in return for getting to be PM. The next six months are going to be rough for all New Zealand.

They are really seeming more and more alike. Luxon is enamoured it seems.
