And that got me thinking, mainly I just felt like I wasn't allowed to have emotions, and then supressing them constantly was a form of emotional neglect....

I'm always having conversations with my pups I mean sometimes some really funny ones and I typed a new Google is that normal and one of the results was this so many funny responses

The one YouTube channel that I felt was truly working for those with ADHD rather than just trying to monetize off of quack or whatever ideas. They helped me realize I needed to go to therapy for . howtoadhd.com struggling with my diagnosis reliving the past but happy for the future
