EVERY GAME?? Just on MobyGames we’ve cataloged 294,490 games (and we’re missing tons still). If we assume you spend ONLY an hour per game and you sleep 8 hours a day - this would take ~45 years. No breaks. No food or work. Just gaming and your 8 hours of sleep. 💀 I raise my glass to your efforts! 🍻

We’re (MobyGames) always trying to hunt down credits or update what we’ve got on file and localization can be some of the most evasive to obtain. Often wholly uncredited with reaching out netting no new info. Unfortunate, but your post highlights some key reasons which are helpful to know/remember.
For those who don't know why some localization companies withhold staff credits, it's so:
1) devs who think loc staff did a good job won't hire them independently
2) other loc companies can't poach them
3) contractors can't find each other to compare notes
4) company brand is elevated above people

You've always got to ask localizers up front whether they will provide you with credits. We made this mistake before, also with localizedirect, which is reflected in the Hyper Gunsport credits from @necrosoftgames.com
