Took grandma home earlier today, and got a car full of food after some chatting and cute fluffy friends saying hi. Went to the mall w/my bf & his mom to shop and get a bite to eat. Instead of a cake for my birthday (which is today lol) I got a strawberry "Crazy Shake" from a new drink place. Tasty

Forgot ol' snaggletooth's name here, but she's silly, very cute, and will follow you around for pets lmao big purr machine as long as you keep the pets coming.

Pre-dins nap after I finally got home and put groceries n shit away. It's rare that Lucky chooses to nap with me, lol. Got the chicken meal w/potato salad n wedge fries from the Fry's near my work along with groceries. I'm normally not a fan of those kinds of salads, but the rest of the fam is.🥔 🍗

As I'm making this THE QUEEN 👑 actually come to nap with Lucky and me. Color me surprised 😳 Kimi Normally snacks the shit outta Lucky and tells her off if she gets in her personal space too much. Guess She's feeling generous today. 🤔

Getting laundry around to go to the laundromat while mom's doing her chemo this morning, I think it's safe to say Tabby like denim 😭 she also does this to my work jeans in the morning before I get ready for work, lol.

Watching something on YT with Mom & Grandma, Mom found a large compilation of funny pet (mainly dog lol) videos. Sam got up to snuggle with Mom after she put on the video, lol. He loves cuddling like this on the couch 🐶 🐕

Sam cuddling with Mom while we watch the video together. Mom started to lose her hair last week, due to the chemo for her breast cancer. She's wearing some of Dad's hats when going out, now. I got her a handkerchief and a light, flowy scarf to wear if she wants, all of Dad's hats are snapbacks and slightly too large on her head. Her next chemo appointment is on the 14th. Her first one went well, hopefully it'll be similar this next time...

Actually got the cat fam all in one photo for once, lol! I got off work and grabbed something Mom and Grandma wanted to make for dinner. Pizza 🍕 and my idea, some garlic bread 🧄 🍞 and marinara sauce 🍅 🌿. Mom wanted to take a photo before someone leaves or smacks somebody for the fun of it lol 🐈‍⬛

Kimi, ✨ T H E Q U E E N ✨ , has chosen me as her napping place for the evening, lol. The left is almost right before dinner was done, the right is right meow, at this very moment, lol. Both my mom and grandma like watching that tv show, "Finding Your Roots," and watch nearly every episode.

This was almost right before dinner was done. I had to unfortunately put down the recliner so I could take dinner out of the oven. Mom wanted to make tuna casserole how Grandma used to make it for her as a kid. 😊 Had a loaf of French bread with it. Cut it in slices & put butter on it. Yum yum. 🤤

This is right meow, watching Finding Your Roots with Mom and Grandma with Kimi napping on my lap. My left foot now feels like TV static. 😃 Put a scrunchie crown on Your Higness's head, she seems to enjoy it, lol. 👑

At the time, we thought she a he. We were obviously proved wrong later, lol.

Relaxing on a day off. The Queen is taking a rest with me, today. 🥰 Watching Hawaii five-o with Mom & Grandma. Dad used to like the OG series, but Mom never got into it. She likes the newer one a lot, though. Dad didn't like the newer one. Like Star trek, Dad liked the OG, Mom likes TNG + Voyager.

Post-dinner nap. Also: found out the cats can't eat the expensive trublue cat food. 🫠 Was given a bag for free for the cats to try, but it wasn't worth all the cat barf. 🤢 They're fine, now. Just upset their tummies. Meow Mix is their preferred. Rotate getting the regular and/or the basted bites.

Lucky taking a well-earned nap in the living room. Gotta throw the bag away, I just tossed it on the couch until our trash was dumped. Gotta brush her, she rolled on the rug before it was vacuumed, it had tons of dry dirt on it and now she's all dirty lmao

Kimi asking for pets as Mom starts to put together her fan while I ate a mango. Well? Ya gonna pet her? She's waiting...😺 👑 The cup, for those wondering, used to be my Dad's. On one side it says, "Socket to Breast Cancer," which is... interesting considering he bought it literal years ago, way before Mom got her mammogram. He got it when he still worked as a mechanic and before his health started to decline, let alone his stroke. Heh. I'm pretty sure he got it because he liked the cup and was the perfect size for coffee, which is why I started to use it in recent months. The message about breast cancer was just a plus, considering my cousins on my mom's side's sisters both had and beat breast cancer, as well. At least I think both beat their cancer to my knowledge 😅 I know one for sure did beat her breast cancer 💪 It's insulated and has a lid, making it perfect for hot and cold drinks. The part where you sip from is always open, however. Too fat to put in a cup holder, which is annoying, lol. Anyways, time for me to make dinner! G'bye 🐈‍⬛

Grandma's visiting again. Mom was diagnosed with breast cancer after a biopsy following up her first and 13 years overdue mammogram. Had her first chemo Wednesday. Went well, but got constipated, so we had to get some stuff. Also, my hypothesis is true:Tabby hates box fans. 😺 Still loves boxes tho!

Here's Tabby, the first one to get in one of the replacement fan boxes, lol. Mom needed one to replace the one in her room.

Here's Tabby again, watching birds outside the living room window from the same box, just moved out of the way, lol. She's laying down and relaxing after giving herself a bath in the new box, lmao. She's so fucking CUTEHSHDJGJGJGNGHF 💕♥️

Here's Tabby again, happy that I finally replaced the old (and admittedly dirty 😅) box fan we've had for practically ever, celebrating by finally being on my lap for more than a few minutes with the loud ass box fan breezing away. Maybe that's the reason she didn't like it? 🤔 It might have been way too fucking loud for her to relax around properly, lol. Don't blame her, though.

Another photo of Tabby on my lap after after I replaced the box the fan with a smaller, but less noisy "retro" electric fan I got at Walmart when I was out with Grandma and Mom earlier today. I took it because I realized that she was actually staying more than a few minutes on my lap with a fan on in my room, lol. I think she stayed on for about half an hour-ish? Where I live, spring doesn't normally last too long before climbing up to 100°F, lol. At least it's a dry heat 🫠 until monsoon season comes along 💀 To be honest, the way they determine if it's monsoon season changed in recent-ish years. I'm still more used to the old way, prefer it even. I think the old way was something like, "if the dew point is above/below a certain point for a certain amount of time/days, then it's officially monsoon season." Anyways, I'm rambling now and Tabby has once again chosen my lap to rest on. I accept my fate. G'bye! 🫡

These guys dont have names, but they're mixes of different types of molly guppies Dad got at PetSmart a long time ago. Dad had to trim the Halloween themed tank decoration in the photos so it would fit the tank. Need to get a bigger, better tank for these guys because uh...Dad didn't sort ♀️from ♂️😅

Here's a better view of the Halloween themed dead tree display Dad originally brought when he got the fish. The other tank decor plants were bought some time after that. The fish always swim up to the surface to see if you have a snack when you go up to them. I need to do a water change soon. My camera doesn't like me trying to take photos of the tank I guess, cuz it wouldn't focus lol

First photo attempt, I know it's blurry. 😅 These mollies used to be specific different color types, but as you can kinda see here, after I don't even know how many generations of breeding amongst themselves, the color palletes all kinda combined into silver-ish bodied with orangey and black details. A lot of them now have what look like mustaches now around their mouths.

This is Sam. Sam's a pittie/some kinda hound dog mix, we think due to his extra skin around his face & neck that you can squish & flap around. Got him from a neighbor @ the time who wasn't in a good mental state to take care of him, despite how much they loved him. Cautious of men due to his past.

Here he is, in all his snoring, sleepy glory lol. He was basically raised around other dogs including Chihuahuas, so he thinks he's one, too. If you let him sleep with you in bed, he'll even cuddle up with you and lay his head on your chest. Is definitely treat motivated and has a prey drive, learned a few bad habits including "killing" his stuffed toys from our other dogs that passed away in recent years due to old age. Ever since my dad's health declined and eventual death late February, he has become more protective than in the past. Love's when Grandma comes over to visit and spoil him with tons of treats and other goodies. Isn't bad around cats, respects their boundaries but sometimes let's his prey drive get the better of him when he gets riled up before being let outside in the fenced backyard and half-assedly chases whoever is in his path to the backdoor. Can get extremely excited when he wants to, sometimes tries to jump on you if you're not careful. Would definitely benefit from leash training because he's always been bad on a leash, constantly pulling and choking himself, even with a harness. He hasn't been taken on a walk on a leash longer than I care to admit, I think it's been literally years, now. Used to trim his own nails by nibbling on them like one of our other dogs that passed away used to, but pretty much stopped after their death. He needs his front ones trimmed, but doesn't like his feet being messed with much. We have to improvise by getting one or two every now and again when he's on our lap before he notices what tf we're doing, lol. It's also almost time for his bath, I'll probably do that within the next few days or so. He's a good boy. 🐶

He usually doesn't stay still long enough for me to get a good body photo lmao 😂 I'm sure you see the evidence of his latest stuffy homicide there on the rug I haven't cleaned, yet lol. And there's the Queen, Kimi annoyed at Sam for the Nth time today, as always. 👑 She's not afraid to smack a bitch, figuratively and literally. 💅

Here's Tabby, who has gotten really close with Lucky since taking her in. Dad originally found her when she sprung out from a vehicle's engine at his work (he used to be a mechanic)and took a few days to get her back home. Cleaned her up, attempted to find an owner, but no dice. She's here to stay.

Cute lil close up 😻 she's attached herself pretty close to me, Kimi is a bit jealous, lol. Thankfully, they all get a long most nights. Someone gets an occasional hair up their ass, but other than that, just standard cat chaos 😺 She's a real sweetheart, loves to lay on the clothes I pick to wear for the day before I get dressed to force me to stay in bed to cuddle longer 😹 also has a habit on chomping on random shit, lol. A bit chunkier than the other two, but definitely not any less energetic lol will play with anything looking like string...like phone cords. 🙃

Her and Lucky love to get in the way of making the bed, lmao. Here she is tryna murder the bed sheets 😹 Lucky likes doing something similar with the top sheet lol
