I know Women's Football are studying causes of ACL's . I took my 11 year old granddaughter to her football training last night and discussed this with the coaches. Across her age group they have 4 teams and as far as aware never had an ACL injury - is a change in female body at puberty a factor ?

W.r.t Beth transfer rumours the only way I can see any sense in letting her go is if we use the fee to fund the purchase of a younger winger as a way of reducing the average age of the squad . The obvious challenge here is there can’t be many replacements available of her calibre - discuss ?
