Just a reminder if you’ve never had a deep fried turkey you’ve never truly lived. No need to inject it. The trick is to keep that temp at 350 so heat oil to 400 before placing fully thawed bird in oil . Yes it’s dangerous (at first) but I’ve never looked back after 20+ years of frying. 1/2
