I also learned some about setting packages and navigating / discovering options. Tomorrow might be time to get set up with syncthing, since jellyfin and dolphin are locked behind CIs (unless I wanna build the OS myself from scratch and risk compilation issues (I don't))

I also learned why my nixos-unstable's out of date, and that's because master's always running CIs and unstable only updates when a version of the repo passes them all, so my current version of nixos is about 4 days old, while a patched version of dolphin and a newer version of jellyfin are newer.
