Def seems like he’s lost a bit of control. Which makes me nervous about how he might try to reassert it

I think this is why the set plays are so important. It’s like having an extra, world class, attacker. If we can keep them up until the strike force (esp Havertz, IMO) return, I think we’ll be fine. But maybe that’s hopium?

It must just be amazing for all these players to be part of a team that is legitimately in the discussion about being the best in the world. And that it’s really a complete team effort. Must be so much fun

I think there’s a world of difference between the two of them. I’ve got a lot of time for Iraola; not so much for Emery.

I simply don’t understand the regard that he commands in the English football press. He’s, yes, underwhelming. With a weird Europa league spike.
