The study might be this? I skimmed it and haven't found the 100x claim yet, but that's with some very light skimming. It's a recent report from Greenly about the topic, though, so odds are good. www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/w2pva...

Oh dang, that appears to be very recent but yeah it seems like they do. For whatever it's worth, they say they're not forcing it on users who don't opt in and in my experience so far that's true. Still, though, that sucks.

I switched to Firefox mostly 'cause the user experience is very similar to Chrome with being, y'know, Chrome.

It was interesting looking through the list of albums that year to realize how few of the things I knew from that era I actually thought of *as* albums. I blame Limewire.

Reading charitably, I think there's maybe a strategic argument for emphasizing it on the basis that it's the one *he'd* be more ashamed of, but like... yeah. Agreed.

I'm reading it as him (or whoever's tweeting on his behalf) realizing it's gonna happen either way and trying to pretend he was always on the winning side.
Also possibly banking on it not passing the Senate.

I'm not deeply familiar with the concept, but Albedo from Xenosaga is pretty clearly modeled on Kefka and is also fairly queer-coded, so he might count if I'm understanding correctly.

Misread that as John Cage and was very surprised, then reread it correctly and dismissed that immediate reaction, then remembered who John Cale was and got surprised all over it again.
