If that's true why aren't @markey.senate.gov and other Senators blaming the 8 Dems and Schumer? Don't Schumer and Durbin still hold leadership positions?

I thought the 8 Dems that voted to reopen the government resolved this? Wasn't that the entire point of the shutdown? What am I missing?
