Jamaican Jerk chicken with Sweet Potatoes. Because nice chicken wouldn't be spicy enough...
I made my own jerk spice blend (our habaneros instead of Scotch bonnet) and next time I think I will try it with the Jerk Paste/marinade and a grill, but it's a great first start.

As the snow stops falling, in a place where it doesn't normally snow, the snowpocalypse has left me many inches of snow to make snow cream! That last one is where the snow measured up to against our doorframe in the front. My phone kept fogging up...
