Understandable. I will only be supporting candidates who did not directly contribute to this situation. When @repstansbury.bsky.social introduces articles of impeachment then I'll be willing to support her.

Literally any sitting member could have introduced a bill to enforce the 14th. They are literally all complicit. Just as they are all complicit in not removing him. None of these people lifted a finger to even try. They have lost my support. All of them. I find them contemptuous.

From the decision: Congress "enjoys power to enforce the Amendment through legislation pursuant to Section 5" of the Fourteenth Amendment,6 and reasoned that Section 5 grants Congress alone the authority to provide for the enforcement of Section 3 against federal officeholders and candidates.

The SC ruling specified that the enforcement of Section 3 lies with Congress. Plain text of the 14th states that as an insurrectionist (which had been adjudicated by two different courts at that point) he is barred "But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."
