I am always surprised at how much less online my students are online than we think. And they also live in surprisingly local bubbles online. Might be all the media literacy teaching kicking in? That's UK context though.

New publication on the values of TV. Led by colleagues in Australia, I am honoured to be included. We point to the many different values that TV generates, but argue that in an age of #AI and unregulated #SocialMedia counterbalances are needed which PSB can provide. doi.org/10.1177/1749...

Kids and I enjoyed our relaxing journey on the two trains from the North of England to Paris. Then we started looking up fuel efficiencies of different transport systems. Apparently the A380 plane is pretty good. But then I compared it to the train... #FeelingSmug
