I am always surprised at how much less online my students are online than we think. And they also live in surprisingly local bubbles online. Might be all the media literacy teaching kicking in? That's UK context though.

I.e. how much was essentially inherited luck? Also c) can the model simply be replicated or is the reason it is working because it is local? Does a national strategy be inherently local?

Kids and I enjoyed our relaxing journey on the two trains from the North of England to Paris. Then we started looking up fuel efficiencies of different transport systems. Apparently the A380 plane is pretty good. But then I compared it to the train... #FeelingSmug

So so true. It also affects pedestrians. Crossing over a green light now involves checking that all cars have actually stopped so many of them run red lights. @liamthorp.bsky.social
