Trauma survivors know: "resilience" is a double edged sword. Yeah, we survived. But surviving often leaves us w/ toxic BS (Belief Systems) about whether we "have" to endure pain alone, and/or whether it's acceptable to reach out for help (or even admit that we're struggling).
