Finally, our Resiliecy Medical Mission arrived into Gaza today after a heroic effort by @medglobalorg Palestineteam.
Our medical volunteers were recieved by the open arms and open hearts by our local team led by Dr. Salwa Elteibi, Fatma AlSaleh and Fadi Abed.

I have treated the wounded under barrel bombs in Aleppo. I have operated in Syrian field hospitals where the floor shook with every explosion. And I have trained Ukrainian medics and doctors on how to protect themselves in case of chemical weapon attacks.

I remember when he traveled to Lesbos Island in Greece, at the peak of the refugee crisis in 2016, to show solidarity with the Syrian refugees
