On April 1, 2025, TheCup.us will turn 22 years old. Back in 2003, the site was launched to fill a large void. That year, there was virtually no online information about the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup.

Our goal is to pay each reporter a modest $25/game. We're REALLY close to that goal ($2,375 per year). Ultimately, we would like to get up to a more respectable $50/game ($4,750 per year). And that's just for the tournament proper.

She went downhill fast and I'm not handling it well. We will likely be euthanizing this afternoon if she doesn't pass naturally before then.
Hedwig isn't feeling well these last few days. Not wanting solid food and her hind legs are getting weak. I'm worried. Appointment with our vet is on Monday.

I'll be putting info out about the @northcarolinafc.bsky.social UPSL and USLA teams as well through @cardinalcollective.bsky.social but there is not going to be a push to go to those games. Our focus is on the USL2 for gameday attendance, but I think it is important to get the whole U23 experience.
