I’m at a work thing at a airport hotel and I just ate my lunch as quickly as possible so I could go to my hotel room and lay on the bed and eat a piece of Texas sheet cake by myself.

Now that it’s late September, I can finally be out in the sun here in the desert. Which is a far cry from “tromping on colorful leaves” that most other people are doing this time of year.

Sometimes on Sunday nights I think to myself “gotta do all this over again, the same days of the week in the same order,” and wish we had different weeks and could mix it up. Like maybe one week a month is just three days! Or one week is 10 days long but they’re all Saturday.

I’ve been drinking nutritional shakes for lunch recently and had been using Ka’Chava, which is tasty but not cheap. Found this stuff called Up Nourish that’s much cheaper, seemed to have good reviews. Tried it yesterday and it’s reeeeeeally not the same. 🫣

I used to buy orange juice a lot back in the day. Wasn’t a huge orange juice fan. I just somehow thought you had to have orange juice around because of *reasons.*
