The 3rd shows that the planet sits within a much larger planet whose inside resembles the night sky and that the planet has an extra axis denoting the flow of magical energy. The final diagram shows a cutaway view of the the inner and outer planets, showing that the sun orbits between them.

The final detonation of the space station occurs as the AIs rattle off emotionless data recording its destruction. John is shown slack and limp watching it as they try to get his attention. They grab him, show he's been crying. The Ais explain that John's using up his time and he needs to get into the cryostasis chamber now. John acknowledges and a defeated and broken man is escorted away from the images of destruction.
