This fandom has a reputation for being "suspiciously wealthy" but the truth is most furries just love and value art and people so much that they want to use their money for art and supporting artists so they can make a living doing what they love. It's a cycle of genuine passion I think.

I wonder if this sort of dissociation from our physical appearance is healthy or not? Or if that’s just a byproduct of us not discovering our system until we were 26 🤔🤔🤔 much to think on
Adults were always saying stuff like “your body is a temple, so treat it well” & that on top of chronic pain made us just view our physical form as separate from our internal appearance. so much so that getting dressed feels more akin to decorating a house over anything else #pluralsky #osdd
