one of my drs offices replaced the first part of their automated "press 1 for new patients, press 2 for ..." menus with an AI version of the same thing. which then shuffles you to the second part of the already existing automated phone menu. the AI is NOT an improvement. it takes just as long.

I don't need an epi pen this bad. I wasted hours of HCW time getting them to send that prescription to one pharmacy. Too expensive. Cancel that and send it to another pharmacy. Even more expensive. Mark Cuban Pharmacy doesn't do epi pens. Cancel current rx and send back to the first place.

I have bought 2 pks of napa cabbage from the same store. For years. One of the 2 I just bought is super sweet. My food is unseasoned af bc of MCAS, so it's super noticeable. One is much sweeter. I double checked. I'm rationing it. I want this cabbage to last forever. Like Stroga Nona, but a cabbage.
