I was into a browser political game(?) called nationstates for a bit, and I’d called my nation Girlboy (for obvious reasons). Eventually it prompted me to give a name and title to the leader of this nation and I ended up with Prince Girlboy. I’ve used it occasionally since.

Everytime I get annoyed looking at a comment section now I have to remind myself there's a good chance these comments are literally just bots. Pretty unfortunate the way things are but it does actually help!

I have several important bills coming up, so any help would be appreciated. I have my land taxes (~160$) and work insurance (~414$) both due by the end of the year and I'm not sure if I'll have enough from disability to safely cover those, AND bills and food.

- a herniated disc
- a birth defect in my spine
I have yet to receive my disability payouts, and need to buy groceries. If you can, any amount helps. I'm willing to do some light work for it too.

An interesting thing about america discourse is the self imposed idea that we have to be/are/should be the best place to live in the world. It was so stupid to spec into and I hope we can move on from it- I just wanna be a good place to live among most places, everyone wants different things!

I think studying the social norms of different social media sites is fascinating- a lot of people act as though these spaces are without norms but I think they're just more difficult to pin down because of the feeling of distance the internet creates. the brain cares little for that distance though.

I know most dogs who have long pointy ears are born with them kinda floppy until they develop their ear muscles to stand them. It's adorable to think this could be a kind of the canine version of "My beard is coming in, im a grown up now!" when their ears start to straighten out in a furry world xD
