I have been really run down throughout this year and not just because of the politic climate. So I went to the doctor awhile back and he told me that I am within all my normal ranges and I should just drop some weight. I lost the weight but still I’m not feeling good.

I’m gonna start my winter bulk and I am at 168lbs right now and I want to see if I can get to 195lb by February or at least March.

Today, I received some unexpected and sad news. One of my coworkers at Golds gym passed away quite suddenly. Car accident and the most messed up thing about it is he just turned 23yrs old
