Constantly reminding myself I need to take rest days from the gym. I feel like I should be working harder, but then my lifts start getting lighter, and I feel more fatigued. Take 2 or 3 days off and I'm lifting heavier/more reps. Almost like I'm human and need recovery time or something, crazy.

Drop 30lbs and you start to look tone. Just 8lbs off my goal weight now. Also found out the channel that's always playing at my gym has a Grand Sumo highlights show. So have been timing my workouts to correspond to that lol.
