<div class="field field-field-text"><p>The Gaza media office on Saturday slammed Israel for continuing its "brutal aggression against the Palestinian people" despite the US President Donald Trump's call to halt the attacks on Gaza.</p>
<p>The Israeli army is "openly committing massacres" as it carried out more than 93 air and artillery strikes on areas densely populated with displaced civilians since dawn today, the office said.</p>
<p>At least 70 people, including women and children, were killed in the attacks, including 47 people in Gaza City alone, according to the statement.</p>
<p>"It confirms that the occupation is ignoring all international calls for calm and insisting on continuing the systematic killing of civilians and the destruction of life in the Gaza Strip," the office said.</p>
