Such an interstellar comet would be an appealing – albeit unlikely – target for our Comet Interceptor mission, which is more likely to visit a pristine comet from the distant Oort Cloud that surrounds our Solar System.

L'atterrisseur japonais @SLIM_JAXA tentera d'atterrir sur la Lune le 19 janvier à 16h20 CEST 🤩 Lancé en septembre 2023 avec le télescope XRISM, il avait suivi une trajectoire à faible énergie pour se rendre vers notre satellite naturel et y est entré en orbite fin décembre !
