Went for a hike today up Old Grouse Mountain Highway to the base of the ski area. These are the conditions at the bottom of the Olympic Express Quad Chair, which stopped spinning a few days ago. They are also harvesting snow on the road. @ensembleator.bsky.social @yvrwxwatcher.bsky.social

Vancouver and the lower mainland in an unstable southwesterly flow… Expect scattered showers at times heavy. If you’re near the mountains, a rumble of thunder not out of the question. Things should ease this evening.
