This post is super helpful for anyone who enjoys cooking or cooks everyday! I tend to just buy whatever oil I see first but now I know which oils to start looking for. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I would recommend the Harvard Healthy Eating Plate to patients since it will provide science based guidance for building balanced meals. It uses visuals which makes it easy to follow and encourages sustainable yet practical changes for better health! nutritionsource.hsph.harvard.edu/healthy-eati...

I thought this would be a fun repost since I absolutely love all things pumpkin (especially during fall) and feel like it would be neat to share with others! The recipe is not super difficult either and would be easy to follow. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Nature Made Vitamin D is amazing for strong bone support, a healthy immune system and for energy! I take this everyday because my vitamin D levels are severely low. Knowing these help keep me feeling my best gives me peace of mind! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I found this extremely helpful since I am someone who dislikes eggs, and struggles to find foods with higher amounts of protein. Who would've known that chick peas or lentils had more protein than an egg! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

One thing I learned is that headlines can exaggerate nutrition studies. Smaller studies may not apply to everyone, while larger random studies can give stronger evidence. It's important to watch for study types and size before trusting certain claims about food & health! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Hi! My name is Yuli, Pre-Med class of 2028. I'm taking this course because I've always been interested in nutrition. I'm curious to know which foods help improve energy and focus during the day! Healthy eating=Balance! My fav food is a good caesar salad. #BEH353 @beh353.bsky.social
