i still kick myself for deleting my very first island and resetting in october 2020 but at least it’s saved as a dream address? 🥲
you do not actually want to delete and restart your animal crossing island that you poured hundreds of hours into six years ago. be real with yourself. you're going to play this update for a week, be frustrated that you don't have access to everything, and move on quickly.
